Modernity and tradition go well together. Living and appreciating typical Tyrolean values and yet biologically modern. See for yourself, we would be happy to give you a tour of our farm (upon request). If you wish, you may help us with our farm work. Every helping hand is welcome. During the day you may also simply take advantage of our beautiful sunbathing lawn to relax, while the kids play in the sandbox or carefreely whiz through the air on the swing. There is a lot to see on our farm, and petting the guinea pigs, rabbits and cats is always a special joy for many children.
The South Tyrol Guest Pass, which you receive free of charge upon arrival, is particularly practical and advantageous. Whether for skiing, excursions, or cultural events – you may travel free of charge on busses and trains to many interesting destinations throughout South Tyrol. The nearest bus stop is just a 5-minute walk from our farm Neuhuberhof!

Your well-equipped holiday apartment in Fiè
Since 2022 we have had two beautiful 70sqm apartments at the farm Neuhuberhof. Spacious and high-quality new holiday apartments in Fiè. Come in and breathe: We used our local wood from the Lake of Fiè for both our roof structure and partly for the holiday apartments; the scent provides a pleasant feeling of naturalness. Would you like to sleep heavenly and wake up well-rested? Our quiet bedrooms offer the best sleeping conditions. Both apartments by Mount Sciliar also delight our guests with their extraordinary views of the impressive South Tyrolean Dolomites, Mount Sciliar, and the Church Peter Bühel. Each of the two accommodations also offers a well-equipped kitchen; there is even a very practical dishwasher. If you wish , we supply you with organic, healthy farm products. Do you travel with small children? Simply contact us in good time, and we will provide you with a cot and highchair in the accommodation.

Farm Shop
Our small ‘farm shop’ with our homemade products is located on the ground floor, it is always open and freely accessible. If you want to buy some of our products, we have provided a small cash register. Thank you for your honesty.
There you will also find a small library for adults and children, board games, bus timetables as well as information about festivals, exhibitions, and restaurants in the area. We kindly ask you to put books and games back as soon as you no longer need them.
Laundry facilities
In our laundry room you are welcome to wash and dry your laundry (upon request & for a fee of €5.00. We provide the detergent.

Conditions & Services
Rates & Conditions
- The prices are valid for a stay of at least 3 nights per apartment with an occupancy of 1-4 persons. For shorter stays we charge a one-off surcharge of € 50.
- For each additional person we charge 15-25 €/night.
- The price includes: Bed linen, hand and bath towels (changes are optional), a fully equipped kitchen, kitchen towels, dishwasher tablets, hand soap, satellite TV, water, electricity, and heating, parking space, Wi-Fi, as well as all fees and taxes, except for the local tax.
- The local tax is € 2.50 per person and day (age 14 and older).
- The South Tyrol Guest Pass is free of charge.
- Children up to 1.99 years stay free of charge.
- Toddler equipment is available upon request.
- Washing machine and dryer are available for a fee.
- The costs of the final cleaning are included in the price.

Arrival & Departure
We expect your arrival starting from 4 p.m. Of course, you may also arrive earlier, but the holiday apartment will be ready for you only at 4 p.m.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave the holiday apartment by 9 a.m. at the latest. Other departure times can be arranged upon request.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, we will charge the entire booked stay.
Farm products & Farm Shop
Feel free to visit our Farm Shop, where you may find our delicious farm products such as: seasonal fruit and vegetables, apple juice, vinegar, jams, preserves, dried fruit, herb salt, and much more.
Booking
You may pay cash on site. The cash limit in Italy amounts to 2,999 Euro. However, non-transferable checks and bank transfers are permitted.

Please note: The booking becomes binding upon payment of a confirmation deposit (booking security) and after the booking confirmation is sent.
Cancellation
Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB
According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal. However, we grant you the right to withdraw according to following cancellation conditions as defined in Art. 1382 ZGB (Civil Code):
In the event of cancellation from 2 months to 4 weeks before arrival, we will retain the deposit.
In the event of cancellation 30 days prior to arrival, we retain 100% of the total booking value.
Please inform us in advance if you are unable to take your holiday.
