Farm Neuhuberhof – Perfect for families
We, the Gostner Family, welcome you to our farm. A family vacation in Fiè with the striking mountain backdrop of the Dolomites – directly by Mount Sciliar. Our farm is close to the village centre and yet very quiet in the middle of our apple orchards. Experience the magic of spring blossoming, all the way to the harvest of sun-ripened apples in autumn. Organic? Of course!
Enjoy your vacation at our organic farm in our beautiful South Tyrolean landscape and in spacious, new holiday apartments. Your kids will be delighted about our play area, the tame small animals and of course there are healthy farm products.
Upon request, we are also happy to organise farm tours – this way, you may truly immerse yourself in everyday farm life.

The farm Neuhuberhof was newly built in 2022. We farm organically and now also offer farm holidays in South Tyrol. Discover our two new apartments in South Tyrol (each approx. 70 square meters in size), which are particularly well-suited for families. The fully furnished accommodation in Fiè is ideal for self-catering, the kitchen is well equipped, and the living room offers plenty of space and freedom for families.
We will be happy to deliver a breakfast basket with our homemade products or regional delicacies right to your door in the morning! Have your ever surprised your children with a freshly laid chicken egg in the morning? No? The do it at the farm Neuhuberhof.

Do you imagine your holidays in South Tyrol with beautiful mountain hikes on Mount Sciliar, flowering alpine meadows, cool bike trails – or rather colourful autumn hikes and snow-covered slopes that are ideal for hiking, tobogganing, or skiing in winter? Then you’ve come to the right place. On your doorstep there are the Alpe di Siusi and the Nature Park Sciliar-Catinaccio, two of the most marvellous hiking and skiing areas in South Tyrol. But also friends of cultural events and traditions will find plenty of reasons to visit us. In Bolzano there is the Natural History Museum with the glacier mummy Ötzi, a promenade or, for example, the Castle Trautmannsdorff near Merano.
